The Metzler Violin Shop in Glendale, California is sponsoring an exhibition and sale of professional contemporary violins, violas and cellos from Cremona, Italy through the entire month of October, 2017, with a weekend of special musical events highlighting these instruments on October 7 & 8.  All instruments will be available for viewing and playing by the public on October 6, 7, and 8 between the hours of 10am and 6pm, as well as through the rest of the month by appointment.  Instruments will be sold on a first come basis.

Hear violinist Cho-Liang Lin, violist Richard O'Neill, and cellist Lynn Harrell play and critique over 80 professional violins, violas, cellos and bows as part of the Third Annual Contemporary Violin & Bow Maker Exhibition & Sale, Los Angeles. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for professional and aspiring string players to find their dream instrument and bow with the assistance of some of the world's most famous string players on the weekend of April 5 -7, 2019.
